Programs and Classes
Most NHA trainings are arranged through individual requests by schools, groups, and other organizations.  I welcome the opportunity to work with you in designing a class or workshop that fits your specific situation and needs.

The following are several suggested modes of presentation.  If you are interested in setting up a training, please email me in Contact Us.

NHA Introduction
This can be a one to two hour class which introduces basic concepts of the NH approach.  Participants will understand how NH differs from traditional teaching and parenting approaches, and learn why typical strategies tend to fail when applied to children with more challenging social and emotional behaviors.

Half-day Workshop
This approach covers the above, and expands on the methodology and specific strategies of the approach.  Participants will walk away with real tools to use immediately.

Full-day workshop
This covers all of the above, and adds experiential learning activities for deeper understanding and application of the approach.  Participants will leave ready to implement the approach.  To see a complete overview, check out the example in Full-day and Series workshop.

Multi-week Series
In this format, all that’s covered in the Full-day workshop is broken down and presented over a series of several weeks.  This rich learning arrangement gives participants an opportunity to work on specific strategies in a step-by-step method, and then return to share, clarify and answer questions before moving forward.

Trainings open to the public...
